Warranty & Quality Guarantee

1. The "First Class" Inventory Guarantee

We guarantee that all rented equipment—including signature dance floors, architectural staging, and sub-flooring systems—will be delivered in premium, event-ready condition.

• High-gloss and mirrored floors will be polished and free of major structural defects.

• Custom vinyl wraps and monograms will be applied with precision, free of significant bubbling or peeling at the time of delivery.

• Staging and risers will be structurally sound, load-tested, and visually seamless.

2. The Installation Warranty (Structural Integrity)

Our professional crew guarantees that all infrastructure will be installed according to strict safety guidelines and the exact specifications of your finalized "Flight Plan" (Contract). We warrant that all staging, sub-flooring, and dance floors will be level, securely joined, and safe for guest use under normal event conditions.

3. Pre-Event Inspection & Resolution

Upon completion of the load-in and installation, our Lead Technician will conduct a final walk-through with the Client or the designated Event Planner.

• Immediate Resolution: If any panel, stage deck, or decal does not meet our quality standards or the contracted specifications, it must be reported to our crew before the event begins. We will immediately replace, repair, or adjust the necessary components on-site.

• Acceptance: Once the installation is approved during the walk-through, or once the event commences, the infrastructure is deemed fully accepted by the Client.

4. Exclusions: What is Not Covered

Our quality guarantee covers the condition of the equipment upon delivery and the integrity of the installation. It does not cover issues, defects, or damages arising from the following after the installation is complete:

• Guest Damage: Scratches, gouges, or structural damage caused by dragged furniture, un-capped chair legs, dropped heavy items, or improper use of the stage/floor.

• Weather Conditions: For outdoor events without adequate overhead coverage, we do not warrant against damage, warping, or safety hazards caused by rain, extreme heat, standing water, or severe wind.

• Venue Intervention: Any instability or damage caused by venue staff or other vendors attempting to move, alter, or dismantle the staging or flooring after our crew has completed the installation.

• Unsafe Terrain Discovery: If, upon arrival, the designated installation area presents unforeseen safety hazards (e.g., severe ground sinkage, undisclosed plumbing issues beneath grass) that were not communicated during the initial consultation, we reserve the right to modify the installation for safety, which may alter the final aesthetic.

5. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that a structural failure occurs due to a defect in our equipment or installation, Dance Floor Terminal’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the rented items, or a proportional refund of the rental fee. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the event itself.
